In the first place, at the beginning of the ceremony, the host, Pu Jun and Li Qianyue, on behalf of all the students, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the leaders, guests, teachers and parents present at the event. The leaders and guests attending this event include: Ms. Huang Wenli, Vice President of Anqing Foreign Language School; Principal Hu Qilin; Assistant Principal Xu Zuitai; Director Wang Yinchai of the International Department; and the subject teachers of the study abroad class. The entire audience gave a warm round of applause to express their sincere welcome to all the guests. The project partner representatives - Mr. Gary, the International Director of Haileybury School, and Mr. Hansen, the VCE Project Manager in China - were also present.

In the second place, Mr. Gary delivered a speech in Chinese, which brought him closer to the entire audience, expressing his great honor in attending this new student induction ceremony and introducing the school's educational characteristics as well as the cooperation between Haileybury School and many domestic institutions. In the meantime, he encouraged the new students to cherish the learning opportunities of the VCE international courses, be brave in facing challenges, lay a solid academic foundation, and broaden their international horizons. Finally, he sent his best wishes to all the new students and, together with Madam President Huang Wenli and Principal Hu Qilin, presented certificates to the students and took a group photo for commemoration.

In the third place, Mr. Ishihara Hiroshi, a representative of the parents, took the stage to speak, who mentioned that his family had been living in China for over a decade. His daughter was in her second year of high school and his son was in the 10th grade. Their connection with Anqing Foreign Language School had deepened even more. Although his Chinese was not very fluent, he expressed his gratitude to the teachers with simple words and thanked the parents for their support, encouraging the children to cherish the learning opportunities in the international class, strive to improve themselves, go out into the world, and become people with an international perspective. Finally, he called on parents, teachers and children to work together and grow together, with the words "Let's all work hard and grow together" winning enthusiastic applause from the entire audience.

Subsequently, Assistant Principal Xu Zuitai took the stage to deliver a speech, who began by elaborating on the unique features and advantages of the VCE international curriculum, as well as the pathways for further education and the prospects for development. He also shared Anqing Foreign Language School's earnest expectations for the freshmen of the study abroad class, expressing that the school is willing to work closely with parents, cooperate closely, and jointly build a broader platform for students' growth and create a brighter future.

In conclusion, new beginnings bring new hopes, with new journeys carrying new dreams. This admission ceremony marks the successful beginning of the overseas study life for the 2026 freshmen. Over the next three years, home and school will work together in harmony, sharing warmth, and meticulously nurturing the soil for their growth.
